Serves 6
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Dark chocolate 80g
-Olper’s milk 2 & ½ Cups
-Sugar ½ Cup or to taste
-Chawal ka atta (Rice flour) 1 tbs (Substitute: Cornflour 1 & ½ tbs)
-Cocoa powder sifted 4 tbs
-Vanilla essence 1 tsp
-Olper’s cream ¾ Cup (room temperature)
-Chocolate sprinkles
-Cherry

Directions:
-Chop dark chocolate with the help of knife & set aside.
-In a saucepan,add milk,sugar,rice flour,cocoa powder,vanilla essence & whisk well.
-Turn on the flame,whisk continuously & bring it to boil.
-Add chopped dark chocolate,whisk well & cook on low flame until chocolate melts.
-Turn off the flame,add cream & whisk well.
-Turn on the flame,whisk continuously & cook on low flame until it thickens.
-Transfer the pudding into serving cups & let it cool at room temperature then refrigerate until chilled.
-Decorate with chocolate sprinkles,cherry or strawberry & serve!

-Saucepan mein doodh,cheeni,chawal ka atta,cocoa powder aur vanilla essence dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Chulha on karein,musalsal whisk kertay rahein aur ubal anay dein.
-Chopped dark chocolate dal ker ache tarhan whisk karein aur halki ancch per chocolate melt ho janay tak paka lein.
-Chulha bund ker dein aur cream dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Chulha on karein aur musalsal whisk kertay hoye halki ancch per garha ho janay tak paka lein.
-Serving cups mein dal dein aur room temperature per thanda ker lein phir thanda ho janay tak refrigerate ker lein.
-Chocolate sprinkles,cherry or strawberry sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
