TWO AYURVEDIC LUNCH RECIPES: Healthy/gluten free/ Indian recipes/ South Indian recipes

Hello everybody!
I have been wanting to post Ayurvedic recipes for a long time but never got the time. So today, I am sharing TWO AYURVEDIC LUNCH RECIPES and they are pretty much like a one pot recipe and goes really well with steamed rice or chapattis.
The first one is called Aviyal, which is a traditional South Indian recipe which has its roots in Kerala and Tamill Nadu. The second one is Vegetable kurma which is a typical Tamil style recipe and is mostly a breakfast dish used with chapattis or parotta. But we usually like to team it up with steamed rice.
