Crispy Chicken With Fried Rice Platter
Serves 6-8
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
Vegetable Fried Rice:
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Anday (Eggs) beaten 2
-Hara pyaz (Green onion) white part 1/4 Cup
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tsp
-Bund gobhi (Cabbage) chopped 1/4 Cup
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) chopped 1/4 Cup
-Yellow bell pepper chopped 1/4 Cup
-Gajar (Carrots) chopped 1/4 Cup
-Chicken powder 1 tbs (optional)
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
-Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Til ka tel (Sesame oil) 1 tsp
-Soy sauce 2 tbs
-Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves 1/4 Cup
-Chawal (Rice) boiled ½ kg
Crispy Fried Chicken & Vegetables:
-Chicken julienne ½ kg
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Soy sauce 1 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) crushed 1 tsp
-Anday ki safeedi (Egg white) 1
-Corn flour 3/4 Cup
-Cooking oil for frying
-Soy sauce 1 & ½ tbs
-Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 pinch
-Brown sugar (powdered) ½ tbs
-Til ka tel (Sesame oil) ½ tsp
-Pani (Water) 1/4 Cup or as required
-Corn flour ½ tbs
-Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
-Hara pyaz (Green onion) white part 1/4 Cup
-Gajar (Carrots) julienne ½ Cup
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne ½ Cup
-Yellow bell pepper julienne ½ Cup
-Bund gobhi (Cabbage) julienne ½ Cup
-Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves
-Spaghetti boiled 100 gms
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 tbs
-Cooking oil for frying

Directions:
Vegetable Fried Rice:
-In wok,add cooking oil,beaten eggs and cook for 30 seconds and mix until crumbled.
-Add green onion white part,garlic and mix well.
-Add cabbage,capsicum,yellow bell pepper,carrot and stir fry for 1-2 minutes.
-Add chicken powder and mix well.
-Add black pepper crushed,white pepper powder,salt,sesame oil,soy sauce and mix well.
-Add green onion leaves and mix well.
-Add boiled rice and give it a good mix & set aside.
Crispy Fried Chicken & Vegetables:
-In bowl,add chicken,black pepper powder,white pepper powder,salt,soy sauce,garlic,egg white and mix well.
-Add corn flour and coat well.
-In frying pan,heat cooking oil and fry chicken until golden brown and set aside.
-In bowl,add soy sauce,white pepper powder,black pepper powder,salt,brown sugar,sesame oil,water and mix well.
-Add corn flour,mix well & set aside
-In wok,add cooking oil,green onion white part and mix.
-Add carrots and mix well.
-Add capsicum,yellow bell pepper,cabbage and stir fry for 1 minute.
-Now add prepared sauce,mix well and cook sauce is thick.
-Add fried chicken and give it a good mix.
-Add green onion leaves and mix.
-In spaghetti,add all-purpose flour and mix well.
-In frying pan,heat cooking oil and fry spaghetti until golden and crispy & set aside.
Assembling:
-In serving dish,add fried rice,crispy fried chicken with vegetables,fried egg noodles (crush with your hand), green onion leaves & serve!

-Karhai mein cooking oil aur pheetay hoye anday dal ker 30 seconds kliya pakayein aur crumbled hunay tak mix ker lein.
-Green onion white part aur lehsan dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Bund gobhi,shimla mirch,yellow bell pepper aur gajar dal ker 1-2 minutes kliya stir fry ker lein.
-Chicken powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Kali mirch crushed,safed mirch powder,namak,til ka tel aur soy sauce dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Hara pyaz ka leaves dal ker aceh tarhan mix karein.
-Boiled chawal shamil karein aur mix ker lein aur side per rakh dein.
Crispy Fried Chicken & Vegetables:
-Bowl mein chicken,kali mirch powder,safed mirch powder,namak,soy sauce,lehsan aur anday ki safeedi dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Corn flour dal ker ache tarhan coat ker lein.
-Frying pan mein cooking oil garam karein aur chicken ko golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Bowl mein soy sauce,safed mirch powder,kali mirch powder,namak,brown sugar,til ka tel aur pani dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Corn flour dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.
-Karhai mein cooking oil aur hara pyaz white part dal ker mix karein.
-Gajar dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Shimla mirch,yellow bell pepper aur bund gobhi dal ker 1 minute kliya stir fry ker lein.
-Ab tayyar sauce dal ker mix karein aur sauce garha hunay tak paka lein.
-Fried chicken dal ker mix ker lein.
-Hara pyaz dal ker mix karein.
-Spaghetti mein maida dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
– Frying pan mein cooking oil garam karein aur spaghetti ko golden & crispy hunay tak fry ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Assembling:
-Serving dish mein fried rice,crispy fried chicken with vegetables aur fried egg noodles,hara pyaz ka leaves dal ker serve karein.
