Besan Broccoli :
Broccoli- 200 gm
Gram flour (besan) – 1/4 cup
Turmeric powder -1/3 tsp
Red chilli powder -1/2 tsp
Cumin powder -1/3 tsp
Coriander powder -1/3 tsp
Garam masala powder -1/2 tsp
Dry mango powder/char masala powder -1/2 tsp
Cooking oil -4 tbsp

Aloo Baingan:
Potato(chopped)- 2
Brinjal (baingan)- 4 (small)
Garlic and green chilli paste -1 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Cooking oil-4 tbsp

Schezwan Mushroom:
Mushroom – 200 gm
Onion(finely Chopped) – 2 medium
Cooking oil – 4 tbsp
Cumin seeds -1/2 tsp
Dry Red Chilli – 2
Finely Chopped garlic – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp
Schezwan chutney – 2 tbsp

Cabbage Matar
Cooking oil – 4 tbsp
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Finely chopped onions – 2(medium size)
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
Chopped tomato – 1 large
Chopped cabbage – 250 grams
Green peas – 1/3 cup
Salt to taste
Maggi Masala-ae-Magic (optional) – 1/2 packet

Aloo ShimlaMirch:
Cooking oil – 4 tbsp
Chopped potato – 2 medium
Cumin seeds – 1/3 tsp
Finely chopped onion – 1 medium
Chopped capsicum – 2 medium
Turmeric powder – 1/3 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder – 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder – 1/3 tsp
Salt to taste
Maggi Masala-ae-Magic (optional) – 1/2 packet

Dry Chole Masala:
Cooking oil – 4 tbsp
Bay leaves – 2
Black cardamom – 1
Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
Finely chopped onion – 2 medium
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
Chopped tomato – 1 large
Chole – 1 cup (soaked and boiled)
Garam masala powder – 1/2 tsp
Finely Chopped coriander leaves
Salt to taste
